Need to Return Something to LEDENRG?
We’re here to help! Whether you received a faulty item, the wrong product, or simply changed your mind, our returns process is quick and easy.
Faulty Items
If you've received a product with a fault, please reach out to us with:
A detailed description of the issue
A clear photo of the fault (if possible)
Our team will assess the claim and help you resolve it as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Item or Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
A photo of the item and packaging
Your order number
⚠️ Please do not dispose of the item until we’ve had a chance to investigate the issue with you.
Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, you may return the item unopened, unused, and in its original saleable packaging.
Any shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order included free shipping, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
You can choose from:
A store credit valid for 3 years (full value of the item)
A refund (less original shipping fee)
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, or once the order has shipped, cancellations cannot be made, and the standard "change of mind" return process applies.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to change of mind or cancellation:
Custom-made items
Clearance stock
Ex-display products
Complimentary/gift items
Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return process:
Returns due to change of mind are at your expense.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition and packaging.
Avoid placing labels or tape directly on the product packaging to prevent damage.
Once received, your item will be inspected within 48 hours.
If your return is not approved, we’ll provide a reason and the option to:
Accept a partial store credit, or
Have the item returned to you (at your cost).
How to Return
1. Submit a Return Request
Fill out the [Returns & Exchange Form] obtained by emailing LEDENRG@gmail.com.
🚫 Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
2. Receive Instructions
Our Customer Service team will email you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#) and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Pack & Send
Pack your return securely. You can reuse the original shipping box. Attach your return label (as provided) and drop it at your local post office.
👉 Do not place labels directly on product packaging.
4. Return Processed
Once your return arrives, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 3–4 business days. You’ll receive an email once it’s complete.
This returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
