Terms of Service

1. Warranty Period
LEDENRG offers a 2-year limited replacement warranty on products that fail due to defective materials or workmanship. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Terms and Conditions
The warranty starts from the date the goods are purchased from LEDENRG. All electrical fittings must be installed by a licensed electrician in compliance with local regulations. Products must be used only in accordance with LEDENRG specifications, guidelines, and installation instructions.

3. Limited Warranty
This warranty applies only to LEDENRG products. It is available exclusively to the original purchaser. LEDENRG warrants that each product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. A valid proof of purchase (e.g., original receipt) and proof of licensed electrician installation are required to claim warranty service.

4. Balance of Warranty
Any product replaced under warranty is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period, beginning from the original date of purchase.

5. Limited Replacement Warranty
In addition to section (3), the following terms apply. If a product is returned for inspection and is found not to be faulty, an inspection fee will apply if:

The product is not a LEDENRG product.

The product performs within expected specifications as verified by LEDENRG.

Installation was not carried out by a licensed electrician.

Installation did not follow LEDENRG’s official guidelines.

Damage occurred due to misuse, abuse, or incorrect application.

Cancellations, Returns, Damaged Goods & Credit Claims
Cancellations
Orders for custom, special, or project items may not be cancelled or partially cancelled unless prior written approval is granted by LEDENRG.

Short Deliveries
Claims for short deliveries must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the number of cartons matches the courier's consignment note. LEDENRG will not accept short delivery claims after this period.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
The customer must inspect products upon delivery and report any visible damage or defects to LEDENRG within 14 days, including photos of the product and packaging. A Goods Return Authority (GRA) and a completed Warranty Claim Form must accompany returned items. These can be requested by emailing LEDENRG@gmail.com

Change of Mind
Goods may be returned within 14 days for change of mind. All items must be in resalable condition with original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies unless a new order of equal or greater value is placed. Email LEDENRG@gmail.com to initiate a return.

LED Strip Returns
LED strip cut to non-standard roll lengths may not be returned without prior approval from LEDENRG management.

Limitations and Conditions
This is a limited warranty and does not cover:

Products not purchased through LEDENRG.

Installations not performed by a fully licensed electrician.

LED strips not installed with diffused channels where spot-free lighting is claimed.

Misuse, modification, or unauthorized repairs.

External events like lightning, power surges, or acts of God.

Replacement of light sources or batteries, unless stated.

Power-related noise or humming due to mains grid signals or solar inverters.

Water damage from incorrect installation in non-IP-rated environments.

Costs of access equipment used to reach heights over 3 meters.

Installation on circuits shared with fluorescent lights, exhaust fans, ovens, or microwaves (will void warranty).

Use of non-LEDENRG drivers unless they offer protections for:

Short Circuit

Overheating

Over Voltage

Overload
