Warranty Conditions

At LEDENRG, we offer a comprehensive warranty of up to 2 years (24 months) on all eligible LED products. The specific warranty period for each product is outlined on the product datasheet or listing page. This warranty ensures the product is free from manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship, as long as it is used as intended and not misused.

If a covered product fails, LEDENRG will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or a comparable model.

🔒 Warranty Conditions
To qualify for warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:

Installation must be performed by a qualified and licensed electrician.

Proof of licensed installation is required for warranty claims. For example: an Electrical Safety Certificate.

Warranty will be voided if the product is installed by anyone other than a licensed electrician.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product will void the manufacturer’s warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

Improper installation

Normal wear and tear

Damage due to misuse or negligence

Power surges or electrical faults

⚠️ Important Notes
LEDENRG reserves the right to reject warranty claims where the product has not been installed by a licensed electrician, or where damage results from improper handling, incorrect installation practices, or misuse.

If LEDENRG dispatches a technician or electrical contractor, and it is determined that the fault is due to non-compliant installation or misuse, a service fee may apply.
